LUMIWHITE Teeth LTD is a company incorporated and registered in England and Wales (company number 12013252). It is our responsibility for keeping any personal information we receive safe and it is also our responsibility to make decisions about how it can be used appropriately.

The information we collect, use and store includes personal details such as your: full name, address, contact number and contact email address. We will always aim to ensure we keep accurate information about you. To assist us with this, we ask that you kindly notify us of any changes to your personal details.​ This information will be stored electronically on a computer system. ‍

• Share your personal information with a LUMIWHITE dentist in your chosen location so that they may book you in for your initial appointment and any subsequent appointments – please note they may have their own data and privacy policy.

• Carry out internal audits to ensure our site and services provided are of the highest standard.
• Comply with any legal requirements.

Besides sharing your information with your local LUMIWHITE dentist, we do not share your personal information with any third parties without your consent.​ We do not transfer data outside of the EU. ‍

We will keep information for so long as required by law, regulation or guidance or as required by our insurers. We will not store information for longer than is necessary for the purpose for which it was collected.

If you do not think that we have complied with your data protection rights or legislation you can complain or appeal to the Information Commissioner’s Office.

Just so we can offer you payment options such as Klarna and Tabeo, we may need to share your personal data (contact details and order details) with them during the checkout process so they can assess whether you qualify for their payment methods. Any personal data transferred is processed in line with Tabeo and Klarna’s own privacy policies.
